RETURN & REFUND POLICY — TheSpoon

At TheSpoon, we take pride in the quality of every 
product we deliver. If you are not completely satisfied 
with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be 
eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number 
  or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Custom engraved or personalized items
- Items purchased during clearance sales

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. WhatsApp us at +92 330 4624620 within 7 days 
   of receiving your order
2. Send your order number and reason for return
3. We will confirm return eligibility within 24 hours
4. Ship the item back to our address (provided on 
   confirmation)

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refund will be made via bank transfer to your 
  provided account
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Take photos immediately upon opening
- WhatsApp photos to +92 330 4624620 within 24 hours
- We will arrange free replacement or full refund

25-YEAR WARRANTY
All TheSpoon products come with a 25-year 
manufacturing warranty against defects in materials 
and workmanship. This warranty does not cover 
damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
