  acceptance of updated terms
- All products are subject to availability

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer,
  JazzCash, and EasyPaisa
- Orders are confirmed only after payment verification
  (for prepaid orders) or order confirmation call 
  (for COD orders)
- TheSpoon reserves the right to cancel any order 
  in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability

PRICING
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
- TheSpoon reserves the right to change prices 
  at any time
- Sale prices are valid only for the specified 
  promotional period

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content on thespoon.pk including images, 
  logos, and text is the property of TheSpoon
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly 
  prohibited

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TheSpoon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, 
or consequential damages arising from the use of 
our products or website.
